PRIVACY POLICY

Our Commitment to Privacy
The Policy is designed to assist you in making informed decisions when using our site and our products and services.
This statement will be continuously assessed against new technologies, business practices and our customers' needs.

What Information Do We Collect?
When you visit our site you may knowingly choose to disclose personal information that is collected on an individual
basis. We also collect site use information on an aggregate basis developed as you and others browse our site.

1. Personal Information You Choose To Provide

Credit Card Information
If you choose to purchase products or services from us, you may need to give personal information and authorization
to obtain credit from various credit services. For example, you may need to provide the following information: name,
mailing address, email address, credit card number, home and business phone number, and other personal information.

Email Information
In addition, if you choose to correspond further with us through email, we may retain the content of your email
messages together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protection for these electronic
communications that we employ in the maintenance of information we received by mail and telephone.

2. Web Site Use Information

Similar to other commercial web sites, our site may utilize a standard technology called "cookies" and web server logs to
collect information about how our site is used. Information gathered through cookies and web server logs may include
the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at one or more individual sites, and the web sites visited just
before and just after our sites. This information is collected on an aggregate basis. None of this information is associated
with you as an individual.

How Do We Use the Information That You Provide to Us?
Broadly speaking, we use personal information for the purposes of administering our business activities, fulfilling our
obligations to customers, providing customer service and making our customers and prospective customers aware of
other products and services we offer. Email lists for a particular fan club, including name, address and email addresses
(when accessible) will be made available to the band or Artist for whom we maintain the fan club upon request, and no
others. Occasionally, we may also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to the site, and
new services and special offers we think you will find valuable. The lists used to send you product and service offers are
developed and managed under standards designed to safeguard the security and privacy of our customers' personal
information. As a customer, you will be given the opportunity, at least once annually, to notify us of your desire not to
receive these offers.

What is a Cookie?
Cookies are a feature of web browser software that allows web servers to recognize the computer used to access a web
site. Cookies are small pieces of data that are stored by a user's web browser on the user's hard drive. Cookies can
remember what information a user accesses on one web page to simplify subsequent interactions with that web site by
the same user or to use the information to streamline the user's transactions on related web pages. This makes it easier
for a user to move from web page to web page and to complete commercial transactions over the Internet. Cookies
should make your online experience easier and more personalized.

How Do We Use Information We Collect from Cookies?
We use web site browser software tools such as cookies and web server logs to gather information about our web site
users' browsing activities, in order to constantly improve our site and better serve our customers and clients. This
information assists us to design and arrange our web pages in the most user-friendly manner and to continually improve
our web site to better meet the needs of our customers and prospective customers.

Cookies help us collect important business and technical statistics. The information in the cookies let us trace the paths
followed by users to other Sites as they move from one page to another. Web server logs allow us to count how many
people visit our site and evaluate our visitor capacity. We do not use these technologies to capture your individual email
address or any personally identifying information about you although they would permit us to send focused online
banner advertisements or other such responses to you.

Sharing Information with Affiliates
Although we do not do this at present, from time to time we may provide the opportunity for outside companies to
advertise products or services we think would be of interest to customers on the site. We will take measures to select
product and service providers that are responsible and afford privacy protections to their customers. However, we
cannot make any representations about the practices and policies of these companies. We will not share personally
identifiable information with such outside companies.

Sharing Information with Strategic Partners
We may enter into strategic alliances or partnerships with third parties who may be given access to personal information
including name, address, telephone number and email for the purpose of providing you information regarding products
and services that we think will be of interest to you. In connection with strategic marketing alliance or partnerships, we
will retain all ownership rights to the information, and we will not share information regarding your credit card number
or any other personal financial data.

Notice of New Services and Changes
Occasionally, we may also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to our Site, new
services and special offers we think you will find valuable. As our client, you will be given the opportunity to notify us of
your desire not to receive these offers by following instruction contained in the email.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

we collect from unauthorized access or disclosure and accidental loss, alteration or destruction. Periodically, our
operations and business practices are reviewed for compliance with corporate policies and procedures governing the

Employee Access, Training and Expectations. Our corporate values, ethical standards, policies and practices are
committed to the protection of customer information. In general, our business practices limit employee access to

web site traffic patterns and related web site information to an affiliate or reputable third parties, but this information
will not include personally identifying data, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy.

content contained therein. Often links to other web sites are provided solely as pointers to information on topics that
